चित्ते वाचि क्रियायां च साधूनामेकरूपता ॥
जैसा मन होता है वैसी ही वाणी और जैसी वाणी होती है वैसे ही कार्य होते हैं; सज्जनों के मन, वचन और कर्म में पूर्ण समानता (एकरूपता) होती है।

यह सुभाषित 'कथनी और करनी' की एकता पर जोर देता है। जैसा इंसान का मन होता है, वैसी ही उसकी वाणी होती है और जैसी वाणी होती है, वैसे ही उसके कार्य होते हैं। सज्जन व्यक्तियों की यही विशेषता है कि उनके चित्त (सोच), वाणी (बोलने) और क्रिया (काम) में कोई अंतर नहीं होता। जीवन का सबक यह है कि पाखंड (Hypocrisy) मानसिक अशांति का सबसे बड़ा कारण है। जब हम अंदर कुछ और, बाहर कुछ और होते हैं, तो हम अपनी ऊर्जा बिखेर देते हैं। सच्ची शक्ति 'एकरूपता' में है।
