यह सुभाषित 'विद्या' (Knowledge) की विलक्षणता का वर्णन करता है। संसार की हर वस्तु बाँटने से घटती है, लेकिन विद्या एकमात्र ऐसा धन है जो खर्च करने पर बढ़ता है। इसे न चोर चुरा सकता है, न राजा छीन सकता है, और न ही भाइयों के बीच इसका बँटवारा हो सकता है। सबसे बड़ी बात—यह बोझ (Weight) रहित है। जीवन का सबक यह है कि अपनी बौद्धिक क्षमता और कौशल में निवेश करना ही सबसे सुरक्षित निवेश है। मंदी आए या संकट, आपकी विद्या ही वह धन है जो आपके साथ खड़ा रहेगा और दूसरों को सिखाने से आपकी अपनी समझ और गहरी होगी।

This verse defines the Inexhaustible Nature of Wisdom. It highlights a unique paradox: while material wealth is lost when shared or stolen, Knowledge (Vidyā) is the only treasure that multiplies when spent. It is immune to theft (na corahāryaṃ), immune to taxation or seizure by authorities (na rājahāryaṃ), and cannot be depleted through inheritance disputes. The life lesson is: Focus on Intellectual Capital. In a changing world, your skills and knowledge are the only portable, theft-proof assets you own. The more you "spend" your knowledge by applying and teaching it, the more your internal "wealth" increases.
