    Are you suffering from "Long-Threadedness"?

Thousands of years ago in the Mahabharata, the great scholar Vidura warned the King about the six ultimate killers of success and productivity. If you want to achieve greatness (Bhūti), you must conquer these six inner enemies:

     Nidrā: Excessive sleeping.
Tandrā: Constant grogginess and lack of focus.
Bhayam: Fear and anxiety of failure.
Krodha: Anger that destroys your rationality.
    Ālasyam: Pure laziness.
    Dīrghasūtratā: Procrastination.

The Ancient Genius of Dīrghasūtratā: Dīrghasūtratā literally translates to "weaving a long thread." Isn't that exactly what procrastination is? Taking a simple task that requires 30 minutes and stretching it into a long thread of stress over 3 weeks!

The Modern Lesson: We often blame the economy, lack of resources, or bad luck for our failures. But ancient Indian wisdom forces us to look inward. Your greatest obstacles aren't outside; they are your own habits. Snap the long thread of procrastination today and get to work!
