The Principle of Individuation is Lord,
Thus placing my brain I thought
The body smudges (दिह्) itself upon a soul,
There (is my answer).
A yogi who knows the seed,
Thus I know the fruits.
Without grasping I do not participate in
The native being-grounds for anything other than God.
One eye talks to another, the eye is part of the brain,
The brain that grasps.
The cry of the initiate is seeing the pain
Of an unsprouted seed, focusing in,
Retrieving the bounty, yet knowing
What lies beneath, before, yet never after the sprout
That was lost, and what was gained
Was stored, thus I am.
