Should you Stay or Should you Resign?
Whether you are deciding to quit a toxic job, relocate to a new city, or move to a different country, making that choice is always terrifying. But thousands of years ago, Acharya Chanakya gave us the ultimate 4-step checklist to evaluate any environment:
"If a place offers you no respect, no fair livelihood, no supportive community, and no opportunity to learn and grow—pack your bags and leave immediately!"
    The Modern Lesson:
We often stay in toxic jobs or stagnant cities out of fear or blind loyalty. But ancient Indian sociology teaches us that your environment must serve your growth.

    Are you underpaid? (No Vṛtti)
    Are you unappreciated? (No Sammāna)
Is the culture toxic? (No Bāndhava)
Have you stopped learning? (No Vidyāgama)

If the answer is yes, do not feel guilty about moving on. Protect your peace, seek out better opportunities, and migrate to where your potential is truly celebrated!
