Terms of Service for SanskritKalp

Welcome to SanskritKalp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website sanskritkalp.com (the “Website”), the SanskritKalp mobile application (the “App”), and related services (together, the “Services”), operated by AB&Kalp Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

• You can create an account using your email address or WhatsApp phone number. One-time codes (OTP) are sent to verify your identity.
• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features (such as SanskritKalp Prime and Sambhashana classes) require a paid plan. Prices, plan durations, billing type (one-time or recurring), and included features are shown at the time of purchase.
• Prime plans currently offered are one-time payments for a fixed duration — no auto-renewal or auto-deduction; when your plan expires, you can choose to purchase again.
• Certain offerings (such as Sambhashana class subscriptions, or Prime subscriptions purchased earlier) are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your full card details.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once the plan is activated. If you believe you were charged in error or face an activation issue, contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve it.
• We may change plan prices or features prospectively; changes do not affect a plan you have already purchased.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Post or share content that is abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or infringes anyone's rights.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your affiliation, or create accounts by automated means.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts.
• Use the Services to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you post on the Services (comments, community posts, profile information, feedback).
• By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the Services.
• You are responsible for the content you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Our Content & Intellectual Property

The Services — including lessons, dictionaries, word banks, games, tools, eBooks, design, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except where the content is expressly offered for download or sharing.

7. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional and service messages (such as login codes, payment confirmations, and account notifications) via email, WhatsApp, or push notification. 8. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate third-party services (payment providers, WhatsApp, analytics, video platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

While we work hard to keep the Services accurate, reliable, and available, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services.
